It's Race Day in Daytona

It’s Race Day! MRMshowed pretty good speed in yesterdays practice session. Steven Burnett lead the way for the team posting the fourth fastest time of the session. “The car felt pretty good,” Burnett said after the red and black flag was displayed. “It has a lot more in her for sure but we wanted to practice a few single car runs, along with coming on and off pit road with our team. We will know for sure later on tomorrow what we got for them. We really just have to thank our partners PuroClean, Waltz Engineered Sales, Inc., The Weekly Racer, Race Driven Graphics, I Am Second, and everyone else at the shop who is involved in this great organization."

Tonight marks the first race of the new NASTRACK Xfinity Series for Team ESR and the first full season for driver Justin Kern. “This is exciting for us for sure,” Kern said. “We learned so much in those eight or so races in the supers I am ready to get to work here in the Xfinity Series and help ESR get to the top. You know these cars are going to be heavier and more powerful so they are going to be a lot to drive. Not to mention it will be our first time at some of these tracks this season but I have really good faith in our team and our cars, its going to be fun."
